I recently started this diet and although it's probably not for everyone; I really like it and it works with my lifestyle. I only think about food once a day and that's to prepare a healthly, flavorful and pre-planned dinner every day. The other diets have you thinking about food all day and this one is easy. A big downfall is if you let yourself get too hungry before you eat the cookie; it should be eaten in a timely manner, i.e. every 3-4 hours. I don't however limit my dinner to 500 calories because to me it would be a dramatic very low calorie diet which doesn't work with my body. The cookies provide 600 daily calories and so I prepare my dinner with 600-800 calories which makes it safer and I lose slower (2-3 pounds weekly). I have been trying to lose weight for years and I believe that I have finally found my niche. I lost 12 pounds in one month and I haven't lost that much weight on a diet ever.
